August recieved a 5 point major in ASCA under judge Bruce Caldwell on June 13, 2009.
August obtained all of her AKC Points from the 12-18 month class. She finished with a bang, two 4 point majors in one weekend!
August also recieved Reserve Winners Bitch at her first ASCA show to a 5 point major while completely out of coat! Thank you Sr. Breeder Judge Kristin Rush!
August had lived with Lizette Durrschmit for a couple months while growing back her coat and was training in Herding and Agility, as well as playing with her favorite brother, Race. Lizette has already informed us that August loves the sheep. Lizette said "...she's going to be a lot of fun. She was changing direction within a few minutes and was able to do a little bit of fetching in the round pen." Her first time on sheep!
August won Best of Breed at the Cape Cod Kennel Club dog show!
