Clip is our pick puppy from the Rogan × Emmy litter and is proudly owned and loved by Christine and Eric Matthews of Ijamsville, Maryland. From an early age, Clip showed the athleticism, enthusiasm, and work ethic we had hoped to see from this pedigree. Like his dam, Emmy, he possesses incredible drive and a true passion for performance, making him happiest when he has a job to do.
Although Clip is AKC pointed in conformation, his future will primarily focus on performance sports, where he continues to excel across multiple venues. Together, Clip and Christine have become an exciting agility team, with Clip currently holding the #1 ranking in Novice B Jumpers with Weaves. Having already moved up to the Open level, he has wasted no time earning his first qualifying leg toward his Open Jumpers title.
Outside the agility ring, Clip and Eric have discovered a love for Fast CAT, where Clip's speed and enthusiasm are on full display. He is on track to earn his FCAT title at his next Fast CAT trial in July. Eric has also introduced Clip to the world of scent work, where he continues to make excellent progress and shows the same eagerness and confidence that he brings to all of his activities.
Clip truly embodies the versatility, athleticism, and biddability we strive to produce in our breeding program. Whether he's flying over agility jumps, racing down the Fast CAT course, searching in scent work, or stepping into the conformation ring, he approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and heart.
We couldn't be more grateful to Christine and Eric for the incredible home and opportunities they have provided for Clip. We are so proud of everything this special boy has already accomplished and look forward to watching his performance career continue to flourish for years to come.
